1.Description:
Vibrating Feeder, is also known as vibration feeder. Feeder in the production process, can convey the massive, granular materials from silos in uniform, regular, continuous to feeding device. In the sand and gravel production line , it can make a continuous evenly feed for crushing machinery, and rude screen material.It is widely used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives, food, electricity, food, ceramics and other industries crushing and screening equipment.

2.Structural Features:
Vibrating Feeder is mainly made by vibrator, bracket car, control cabinet, trough body, exciter, spring bearing, gear and other components.With the principle of mechanical resonance ,it exploits a smaller power consumption for a larger mechanical performance to achieve the periodic vibration of equipment ,completing the rated feeding amount. Vibrator which is a key part of the machine constitutes a core, coil, armature, spring board, connecting fork, shell and other components.

3.How it works:
vibrating feeder is using centrifugal force produced by vibrators in the eccentric rotation , making the screen compartment, vibrators and other moving parts do mandatory continuous circle or near-circle round movement. Motor drives avtive shaft by v-belt , then the upper gear of the driving shaft engage driven shaft to do rotation. Driving and driven shaft do counter-rotating at the same time to make the tank vibrate, so that the materials continuously flow achievign the purpose of transportation of materials.
