The semi-automatic machine(XAL-1450A) mainly consists of the mainframe, lef-off device, accumulator, fabric cord feeding and length fixing device, cutting device, hydraulic transmission device and so on. It is featured by feed roller length fixing, quick reciprocating running and high production efficiency.

The automatic machine (XAL-1450B) is mainly made up of the mainframe, lef-off device, accumulator, cutting device, PLC control system, air pipes system and so on. 1. The mainframe is made of welded rectangular steel pipes. It shows elegant apperance. 2.

The let-off rolling device uses FUJI inverter to fulfil automatic second level speed regulation cloth feeding. It can make the cutting speed and cloth offering speed coordinate with even fabric cord tension. It avoids sometimes tightening and loosening and improves the cutting accuracy. 3.

The clamping cutting device uses FESTO rodless cylinder to drive the cuter rack to move forward and backward. It improves the working efficiency and omits the cutting speed improving device and chain drive system in XAL-1450A. It is characterized by simple structure, quick running speed and smooth working without nosie. 4.

The main drive cloth feeding device adopts the servo motor to drive the feed cloth roller directly. The feed cloth length, cutting times fixing programmes are controlled by PLC. The feed cloth repeated accuracy is within ±1.0mm. 5. Pneumatic parts use SMC products to improve the reliable work stability.
