Valve test bench for gate valve

This type of valve test bench is operated by means of clawing the valve flanges, the left working

desk can be reversed to 90 degree when doing the air test, and the right working desk can be moved during the spam (depends on the valve face to face dimension), all of these are done by hydraulic and controlled by the operating buttons, the right desk can also be designed to reverse 90 degree upon request of the buyer.

Made up of touching screen, Sensor, pressure display gauge, printer)

Equipped with water pressure gauge and Air pressure gauge.

Equipped with high & low water pump, the mediumWater or oil is recycling used, and the inlet air vent joint is already designed for user to input the air when do the air testing ( user need to buy the air pump by themselves)

Equipped with holding pressure alarm, which can alarm when the holding pressure time is up.

Equipped with Electric contact Pressure Gauges which can automatically stop the pressure

going up and hold the pressure when it reached the maximum pressure during the valve testing.

During the air and water test of the valves, or in the condition of high pressure, all of the

buttons can not work, till the pressure is released completely, then it can continue the work (ensure the working safety when testing)

The intelligent management system is optional for user.

The only difference from the JWZ type: this test bench is equiped with IMS.
