United States Oxygen VPSA

Specifications: Adsorptech Inc. has developed a cutting edge Oxygen VPSA process for production up to 450 Nm3/hr (15 mtpd) of contained oxygen gas.

This process gives following advantages to the user: -Cost effective, rugged and better power efficiency than comparable processes. -Oxygen pressures up to 20 psig without additional compression system in plant capacity range below 210 Nm3/hr (7 mtpd). -Backed by the highly experienced design and product development team with a proven track record of over 12 years, and 30 VPSA installations with 1400 mtpd combined installed capacity in the non-cryogenic oxygen production. -In-house simulation, laboratory and testing facilities for process and plant warrantees. - Use of high capacity adsorbent material and our extensive experience using it. - All standard VPSAs offered are based on fully skid-mounted designs and can be moved and installed rapidly.

Issues such as noise attenuation and maintenance access are addressed in the design.
