Prices is:$355.00 per Master case for 1-Year Contract Price for Spot Purchase is: $425.00 per Master Case All products shipped CIF Panama, 960 Master Cases per 40ft container, 50 Cartons per Master Case, and 10 Packs per Carton. Purchaser MUST provide details for the actual buyer, will be required to be QUALIFIED as contract purchaser by Phillip Morris.

IF APPROVED, minimum requirements are 10 Containers per month 120 Containers per Year to qualify as contract buyer. If Purchaser does NOT qualify as contract buyer, then SPOT BUY arrangements can be made at the Spot Buy Price.

PAYMENTS: ALL Payments shall be for the total value of the ordered amount and shall be made by bank wire transfer for 100% of the purchased order / contract value or Spot Purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! SPOT BUY PROCEDURES: BENEFICIARY: ALL Payments SHALL SHOW designated supplier firm as the beneficiary.

PRICE: ALL Prices are per Master Case CIF PAYMENTS: ALL payments SHALL BE for the total Value of the ordered amount and shall be made by bank wire transfer for 100% of the purchased order / contract value.

DOCUMENTS : * Assigned Original Commercial Invoice in (3 copies); * Full set of Clean Ocean Bill of Lading and name of company marked freight paid (name of vessel, date of shipment, port destination, container and seal) * Packing list showing quantity, gross and net weight; * Certificate of Freshness guaranteeing less than 90 days old to be issue by Phillip Morris Products, Inc. in duplicate; * SGS inspection on the 1st load, guaranteeing authenticity of product as well as warranting to client * Certificate of Origin issued by Phillip Morris * Beneficiary Warehouse release certificate sent to Applicant
