Specifications: Direct Crude Oil Supplier and Refinery Builder. Crude Oil is ONLY sold and delivered to end users and governments. Brokers and Intermediaries are not welcome and will not be given FCO\'\'s, Discount Prices, Mandate Information, NCND\'\'s, etc. Crude Oil is sold CIF.

When you call, be prepared to supply the banking officers name and number for fund verification. If this information is not available, do not call. Crude Oil and Gas deals are done within 3 days (MAX). Refineries are built to produce over 200,000 bbls per day, with 25th century state of the art equipment.

These refineries cost 50% less to build and 50% less to operate while producing a superior product. A party interested in purchasing a refinery must have a minimum of $3B USD, and verifiable prior to providing buyers with an evaluation.

We supply the refineries with petroleum after they are built, keeping oil costs far below market and increasing profit margin to owners. Each refinery will Net $240M USD per year. We work directly with the buyers to eliminate confusion, theft and misrepresentation.

You will be screened when you call and when banking details are verified contracted immediately. Average oil purchase is three days...refinery evaluation is ninety days.
