Specifications: We will be able to supply Saudi Light Crude Oil from ARAMCO directly to Aramco registered refinery and FCO will consist of (subject to change) quantity 25 Million Barrels (+/- 5 %) per month for 36 months extendable upto 60 months depending upon the Buyer\'\'s record maintained by ARAMCO.
Price is based on Dubai PLATT oil market wire published posted price. Discount per Barrel: Gross US$ SIX, Nett TWO. Commission to be paid by BUYER per Barrel of SCLO: Royalty US$ ONE; Seller\'\'s Mandate US$ ONE; Facilitators US$ ONE;(all three closed); Buyer\'\'s Mandate US$ ONE (open); Delivery Freight on Board (FOB) to include Guaranteed delivery.
Origin: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Payment: Irrevocable Revolving letter of Credit. Inspection: Quality, Quantity, weight, and photo by SGS or equivalent. Procedures: 1) Buyer issue LOI & include refinery details, ARAMCO registration number and BCL with complete Banking details. 2)Seller provides Full Corporate Offer & FPA.
3)Buyer issues ICPO with full banking details & refineries ARAMCO number and BCL and return the FPA duly signed. 4)Seller & Buyer arrange TTM to sign contract at Seller\'\'s/aramco office.
