United States Atlantic Oysters

Specifications: The Atlantic Oyster will be harvested from our privately owned, eighty-six acre aquaculture farm in Gardiner\'\'s Bay, long Islnad, NY USA. The oyster seed is placed in racks using off-bottom grow out techniques giving the oysters an ideal hard shell and plump juicy sweet meat.

The oysters are brought to market shucked or unshucked frozen or fresh depending on the buyers needs. Full production starts in September 2006.
