United Kingdom Goelles Fruit Vinegar

Fresh from the alois goelles estate in styria, Austria, we at caravel trading are proud to introduce these clear and pure fruit vinegars made exclusively from the fermented juice of the fruit. This means that no other type of vinegar and no synthetic essences or flavourings are added to influence the aroma.

They provide wonderful seasonings for use in fine cooking and bring out the best in creative cuisine. Highly concentrated in taste, they can be used sparingly. These fruit vinegars are available in raspberry, pear, cherry, apricot and peach flavours (beer and tomato flavours also now available).

For top chefs and professional caterers everywhere - benefit from alois goelles 30 years experience as a master distiller and add a sprinkling of something special to your culinary creations! Serious enquiries only please.
