United Kingdom Bates Transfer Print Machine

Specifications: BATES MTP 36 machine, suitable for transfer printing and high volume heat setting of narrow fabrics. This machine is supplied with specially constructed in-feed and out-feed conveyors to give the maximum capacity. The Bates MTP 36 12 k. W is an all-electric, mini transfer printing machine.

It is equipped with a 14(35cm) diameter cylinder for 36(91cm) fabric widths. Heat setting and transfer printing is continuous, at 3 metres per minute, by dyestuff sublimation from paper transfers, using applied heat at accurately controlled temperatures between 100 and 230 degrees centigrade.

Originally purchased for GBP 26,000, the machine was completely refurbished in 2005 to AS NEW condition. It is for sale for GBP 12,995 ex works UK and is available for all inspection and testing.
