Twin screw extruder for PET recycle

We have the best solution to recycle PET----using our co-rotating twin screw extruder to make PET bottle flakes/sheet /film waste into pellets, with the Intrinsic Viscosity drop less than 3 ml/l (=0,03dl/l).

Salient Features of co-rotating twin screw extruder EC65 :
1) Main motor 75kw, L/D=40;
2) One venting port and one vacuum port;
3) Screw rpm: 60-500rpm;
4) The output capacity: 200kg/h;
5) One dryer, one loader and one feeder;

6) One soft water cooling system, one vacuum system and one filter system;
7) Strand cutting unit with water bath, air blower, pelletizier and classifier;
8) One control panel.
