Specifications: Air suction system: *two stages *with automatic drain *with dust holding bowl *filter elements very easily changable *with paper element *with electric indicator mann+hummel trade mark air filter set has been used in our system.

Air/oil separation system: This system is comprised of a tank especially designed for an air/oil separation system, a two stage collection filter element, and a system providing the return of the separated oil to the airend. pressured air line: The pressured air that has been purified of the oil in the seperator tank goes to the system by getting cooled up to 10-150 above the ambient temperature at emmegi trademarked plate-bar aftercooler that has been tested for 26 bar working pressure and 40 bar test pressure.

It has been used multi-wing trademarked fan. Oil line: It is used emmegi trademark oil temperature regulator, plate-bar oil cooler and mann+hummel trademark oil filter set with electric indicator to be able to give the most appropriate temperatured oil to the system.

Construction: The air-oil separator tank, airend, electric motor and the cooler group have been placed on the above chassis in the most proper way and connected to the bottom chassis by rubber wedges to absorb vibration. There exists a belt tighten system to be able to adjust the belt tightness without demontaging the electric motor and the airend.

The cabine has front panel filter to provide air suction without dust, has automatic pressed lock service doors to provide easy maintenance. Inside the cabine there exists non flamable sound insulation material to provide silent working.

Pneumatic system: Includes; -air suction control valve which provides the operation option of constant unloaded, constant loaded/unloaded or adjustable order.

Also in cases of sudden shut down where pressure is present or during normal stops, it prevents the air/oil mixture from flowing backwards.(functions like check valve) -piston for suction control valve which opens and closes the intake control valve. -modulated control valve which helps the compressor producing as much air as is consumed and so provides regular working and energy save. -minimum pressure valve which prevents air from entering the tank before the inside pressure of the tank has reached 3.5 bars. -burkert trademarked 3/2 way sollenoid valve which enables the compressor to work unloaded and loaded.

It controls the suction control valve piston. -torc or asco trademarked 2/2 way sollenoid valve which enables the compressor to switch over to a smooth load by discharging tha air within the separator tank.
