Tellurium oxide(Tellurium Dioxide) is white crystalline powder,CAS No. is 7446-07-3, with melting point 733℃ and specific gravity 5.67 g/cm3. It's practically insoluble in water. It is commonly used in material for electronic elements, anti-corrosive agent and tellurium dioxide crystal (TeO2) for acousto-optical devices features with high optical homogeneity, low light absorption and scattering.
