T60 Expansion Water Retaining Agent is a Chemicals product. Key specs — Brand: Rong Da Jian Ye; Origin: CHINA.
Product Description
The T60 Expansion Water Retaining Agent is the latest building material we have researched and developed and has less extending quantity and the expansion and water reduction functions. Mixed in the concrete or the mortar at conditions so as to compensates the contraction, prevent cracks occurring in the concrete and increase impermeability of the concrete. It can also substitute the cement based on equivalent quantity, without any unfavorable impact on the adhesion ability of steel bars and any corrosion impact on steel bars.
II. Main technical indicators of the T60 Expansion Water Retaining Agent
1. Limit expansion rate ≥ -0.02%
2. Compressive strength ≥ 47 MPa
3. Flexural strength ≥ 6.8 MPa
4. Water reduction rate≥ 12%
5. Impervious mark ≥ S12
6. Rust of steel bar vs. no rust of steel bar
III. Applications of the T60 Expansion Water Retaining Agent
The T60 Expansion Water Retaining Agent is suitable for general cement, slag cement, puzzolana cement and pulverized coal ash cement. It is mainly applied for the crack and infiltration resistant and contraction-compensatory concrete projects.
IV. Application instructions
1. Its extending quantity in the concrete accounts for 6~8% of the cement consumption and 4~5% in the mortar.
2. It cannot be used independently. It must be mixed in the concrete or mortar and the mixing time should be prolonged for 30 seconds, with accurate extending quantity and other mixtures no change.
3. Its curing should be strengthened after accomplishment of the concrete construction, and the sufficient moisture should be kept not less than 7 days.
4. It can not be used in the building engineering under the working condition above 80, and heat preservation measures should be taken when the construction temperature is lower than 5.
5. This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place and not be damped, with a validity period of a half year.
