Price: Basis of publications plait European market scan under heading cargoes CIF new/basis ara for three (3) days around the bill of lading date ( the day before, the day of bill of lading and the day after rate to be referred to the average quotation. Discount: Usd$10.00 gross and usd$8.00 net.

Commission: Usd2.00 per metric tons split for buyer and seller intermediaries. Seller side usd1.00 per metric ton Buyer side usd1.00 per metric ton The buyer and seller separately are fully responsible to pay the commission to their intermediaties. Performance bond: Two (2%) percent of the first months lot value.

Payment: By irrevocable confirmed, non-transferable, divisible, revolving dodumentary letter of credit, payable at sight, covering one month\'\'s shipment invoice. Procedure: - buyer issue ( LOI or icpo ) to seller. - seller issue ( lor ) letter of readiness and contract send to buyer by fax or email. - buyer and seller sign.

Contract and copies lodged with respective banks. - buyer bank issue a pre-advice lc or non- operative lc to seller bank to bank within 3 banking international day upon the contract excution. - seller provides buyer through buyer\'\'s bank proof of product ( POP ) and 2 % performance bond ( pb ) within 5 banking international day after received pre-advice lc or non- operative lc via swift from buyer bank, to activate the buyer\'\'s documentary letter of credit dlc become operative. - seller nominates vessels, loads and gives eta to buyer. - all other procudures are as in the contract.
