Synephrine is the main "active" compound found in the fruit of a plant called Citrus aurantium/Bitter orange. Synephrine is a popular ingredient in many weight loss (fat burner) and energy products and marketed as a safer alternative to ephedra. Synephrine is also a stimulant, similar to caffeine and ephedrine.
