Suppy composite insulator

The series of products are composed of glass fiber epoxide-resin core rod, silastic shed and mental fittings. Of which the silastic shed is processed by the whole packing pressure technique to eliminate the impact of unreliability of polymeric insulators----interface electric spark puncture. And of which glass fiber and metal fittings are connected by advanced welding technique, equipped with automatic sound wave detection system. So the products have features of strong intensity, good outline, light weight, anti erosion, easy to install and the installation outline of top and base are the same size with porcelain insulators, they can exchange to each other. The reliable structure can protect the core rode from damage and can get strong mechanical strength for products.

The expoxy glass fiber with good electrical specification, mechanical strength has tensile strength and bending strength which is double times as strong as that of general rolled steel and stronger by 8~10 times than that of porcelain material. So it can be operated safely and reliably.

With fine anti-pollution and preventing pollution flashover accident, the products’ withstand voltage in wet or polluted area is higher by 2~2.5 times than that of same creepage length porcelain insulator. And they can be operated in badly polluted area without being cleaned.

The products are easy for transport and installation for their small volume, light weight (only 1/6-1/9 weight as much as that of porcelain with the same voltage) and simply structure.

The silicon rubber shed has feature of good waterproof to prevent the internal components from damp. It also needn’t do preventive experiment for insulate and clear it on schedule.

Combined with the feature of good sealing, electric erode proof, anti-ageing, low-temperature proof and the anti-leakage trace reaching TMA4.5 grade, the products can work in the area where the temperature is rang from -40℃ to +50℃.
