1. Searching for new suppliers

We do our searching through the following channels: internet resources(in addition to the English resources, there are hundreds of thousands suppliers and factories only have their Chinese websites), local yellow page, industrial publishes , and our own supplier database.

2. Potential supplier selection

From among all the suppliers we searched, we will do the selection per your needs and requirements to narrow the candidate suppliers. This selection is based on the telephone call communication with the suppliers about their business type (factory or trading company), organization scale, facilities and equipments, products lines, quality system, and trading terms.

3. Ask for quotation

According to your particular requirements, we ask the preliminary selected suppliers to quote for your required products with the related photos and minimum order quantity, lead time, etc

4. Pre-order factory survey

After you choose your suitably quoted suppliers, you may need us to do a pre-order factory survey which is a factory visit to actually see to confirm that the supplier's status on equipments, products type, quality system, production capacity, as well as the other requirements (such as the social accountability), etc. meet your requirements. Our factory survey report gives you a valuable reference when place your order to the suppliers.
