Virgin Coconut Oil Is a genuine unrefined coconut oil made from freshly picked Philippine organic coconuts. It has that distinct fragrance and taste of coconuts which makes it differ from the refined coconut oil, which has lost its original state due to refining process. Much of research made on the benefits of coconut oil has been done by Dr. Mary Enig.

It has been recognized by the medical community as a powerful tool against immune disease. Dr. Enig has particularly identified lauric acid as a key ingredient in coconut products.
