FXF type non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer) is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve palys a role of supporting of holewall.

The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a latch clutch to prevent from rotating.
