Spanish Olive Oil and Olives

The “Hacienda” is located within privileged surroundings, in the process of being declared environmentally protected area by the regional government of Spain.

The plantation itself, with a total area of 650 ha, lodges new olive groves framed within a Mediterranean pine tree landscape of great environmental value. Lying on the shores of the lake of Andalucia, the farm covers more than ten kilometers along its right shore.

This is a place with an extraordinarily mild microclimate, where the earliest harvests of Spain can be cropped. The very special cropping and ripening conditions allow for thehighest quality of produce.
