Spain Battered Shrimps

Specifications: Wild peeled shrimps (Xephopenaus Riveti species), coated with batter, pre-cooked by frying and deep-frozen. A final frying is needed before eating. COMPOSITION:50% shrimps and 50% batter. INGREDIENTS: Peeled shrimps, wheat flour, water, vegetal oil, maize starch, salt, yeast extract, maltodextrine and spices.

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE: Place Battered Shrimps, still frozen, in a pan or deep fat fryer in very hot oil or fat (190 C), and let them cook for 3 minutes. Serve them warm. PACKAGING: Usual format:250 g bags and 5 KG mastercartons (20 x 250 g). Possibility of retail bags and cardboxes for supermarkets. PLACE OF ORIGIN: Spain
