Spain Arena Oliva Verde Arbequina

Specifications: Arbequina is the fines variety of olive grown in Catalonia. Small and green, it is not only harvested for our OLIVA VERDE ARBEQUINA extra virgin oil; its pleasant fruity flavour also makes it very popular as a tapa with an aperitif. It is harvested by hand at the end of November, then ground and cold-pressed using traditional methods.

The extracted aceite de oliva virgen extra is golden yellow with a green shimmer. Sensitive chefs add this flowerly, mild oil with a nutty aftertaste to enhance the flavour of vegetables. It is also delicious marinade for fish.
