Specifications: Amatista Vinias Viejas Variety of the Grape: Tempranillo Ecological: Produced from ecologically cultivated grapes of grapevines aged on average 70 years. The vinification follows traditional methods such as carbonic maceration (compilation in boxes and fermentation inside the own grain).

Certified by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Region of Valencia Tasting Notes: Red garnet, clean and with blue edges that denote its youth. In mouth, it is well balanced, structured, with a pleasant and extended finish, evoking the tempranillo variety. Amatista Crianza 2001 Varieties of Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot.

Appellation of Origin: Utiel Requena Vintage:2001 Bottle: Elite Bordelesa Tasting Notes: Red-cherry colour, high coating with garnet edge, elegant nose. It reminds us of its home territory, of the taste of black currants and dates against a background of tangy truffle (and cigar box aroma). Mellow, fruity with pleasant tannins, a fresh and dry finish.

Amatista Reserva 2000 Varieties of Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot Appellation of Origin: Utiel Requena Vintage:2000 Bottle: Elite Bordelesa Tasting Notes: Red-burgundy colour, with soft tones between cherry and tile. The first aromatic impression is fresh and fruity, with a clear presence of the Cabernet.

Woody notes combined with the aroma of mature grapes. After decanting the wine develops smooth vanilla notes and a nose reminding of fruit preserve. In mouth it is tasty, mature and dry, offering a wide range of tastes, from soft tannins with oaky vanilla through to a fruity tempranillo aroma. Long-lasting finish.
