Smart water activity meter

Water activity (Water Activity, referred to as the aw, also known as water activity, water activity) under the main reaction of the food balance the amount of free water, the reaction of food stability and the possibility of microbial proliferation, and can cause changes in food quality chemical, physical changes in the situation of enzymes, commonly used to measure the ability of microorganisms to endure dryness.

By measuring water activity of food, choose the right packaging and storage methods to reduce the use of preservatives, you can determine the food, grain, fruit and vegetable shelf life.

HD Series Intelligent use of water activity meter WSC-4 high precision sensors, professional line Click to enlarge Road design, stable and reliable; reasonable structure design, operation easier, solve the previous maneuver, easy to turn the problem solution; calibration, measurement time 10 minutes; once calibrated, the longer period of time without repeated calibration; high bright LCD display, character display, richer; with the print function, more convenient recording and comparison; HD-3A single-point measurement, HD-4 model can simultaneously measure four o'clock.
