Oscillator using unique phase-lock(PLL) circuit makes phase noise extremely low, makes video clear and stable, creates auto amplitude-fixed RF circuit and causes head-end system stable and reliable.

Using dual-balancing diode modulation with fine linearity and low noise, fine indexes including signal to noise ratio(S/N), carrier noise rate(C/N), differential gain(DG) and differential phase(DP) as good as those of import slap-up modulators.
