QY series silver mirror line ,adopts the high-performance reduction,to deposit the silver file from the silver chromium compounds solution, and adsorb on the glass evenly,the thickness is 0.15um ,the use the chemical Copperplating method to plate one coat of the 0.10-0.25um copper film to protect the silverfilm won’t be corrosion,improve the adhesion,then paint two coats of lacquering film,across baking and blowing,form the top grade silver mirror .Silver mirror film compare with the aluminum ,the silver mirror have the higher reflectivity ,good definition,pre-corrosion ,and strong adhesion.
