Septic Tank

Eco-friendly DTHF, which is GRP septic-tank in spiral wrapped and integrated design, is researched and manufactured by our company by way of combining the traditional manual pasting technique and mortar-filled pipe making technique.

Compared with traditional septic tank, our patent septic tank module is equipped with a multifunctional bin. When the septic tank is used independently, the multifunctional bin can be used as disinfection tank since the basket-style grid and disinfectant dosing inlet are equipped. When subsequent processing module is available, the multifunctional bin can be used as subsequent processing regulating tank for the control of water volume and quality. Meanwhile, the bin is equipped with base and coupling interface of lift pump in case of the adoption of lift pump. When the direct discharge type is adopted instead of lift pump, the direct discharge outlet is reserved.

The international standard flange interface is adopted in all water inlet and outlet (for domestic use the national standard flange interface is adopted). The dosing inlet is employed with the international standard threaded interface (special needs can be met in written confirmation at time of ordering) which can be connected with any standard tube.

Due to light weight, it is easy to transport. The overall installation is easy and the construction period is short.

Employing high strength glass fiber and integral molding technology, it is tight and seamless denying acid and alkali corrosion, leakage or pollution of groundwater sources. It is eco-friendly since it can prevent and mend the damage on the building caused by squashy foundation subsidence. Owing to its great compressive strength, it can be installed under the road or the green turf.

Application

-It can be applied to residential districts, office buildings, schools, nursing homes, workshops, living rooms and other buildings of industry and civil life as the preliminary treatment of domestic and fecal sewage.

-It can be applied to barracks and living districts of fieldwork as the preliminary treatment of domestic and fecal sewage.

-It can be applied to rural areas as the preliminary treatment of small scale domestic sewage.

Principle of Operation

Septic tank is a kind of primary treatment equipment disposing the suspended organic matter in domestic sewage according to the principle of precipitation and anaerobic fermentation.

Domestic sewage contains a lot of feces, scraps of paper, pathogenic insects and other impurities, in which the suspended solids concentration is 100-350mg; the BOD5 of organic matter concentration is between 100-400mg during which the BOD5 of organic matter is between 50-200mg.

After a precipitation of 12-24h in the septic tank, the suspended solids in sewage can be removed 50% -60%. After more than 3 months of the anaerobic digestion, the organic matter in the precipitated sludge resolves into inert inorganic substances; perishable biological sludge into stable ripe sludge, changing the structure of the sludge and reducing the rate of water content in the sludge. The sludge should be cleaned regularly. It can be land filled or used as fertilizer.
