Characteristics and usage: Good penetration, emulsification and dispersion, resistance to 150g/L caustic soda at room temperature, 70g/L at high temperature. application to desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing of cotton and its blended fabric in rope, open-width, jigger, cold batching machines.
Application methods:7-10g/L in cold pad-batch process, 4-6g/L in open-width continuous steaming process, 0.5-1%owf in knitted goods scouring, practical dosage depends on trials.
