Buyer sends BCL & ICPO with banking information & authority for soft probe.2. Seller issues FCO incorporating banking instruments.3. Buyer confirms and signs the FCO and returns within 3 banking days to the Seller (All email Transaction is legal and acceptable by seller and Buyer).4. Seller issues within 3 banking days the soft copy contract and sent to buyer electronically5. Buyer signs, endorses with company seal and signature and return within 3 banking days it to the Seller.6. After 16 international banking hours, the Seller provide by EDT with full POP.7. Within 72 international bank hours, after the verification on POP, the buyer issues the pre-advice DLC8. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond to activate the Buyer's Non-Operative and Non-Transferable, Auto-Revolving DLC becomes operative.9. Seller nominates vessels, loads and gives ETA to Buyer.10.
