There are two modifications of remetall (for an engine and transmission) and five modifications of resurs (for mineral and halfsynthetic oils, for synthetic oils, for diesel engines, for a motorcycles and transmission): The main difference between resurs and remetall is the following: Resurs not only restores metal but also forms a porous structure coating on the part surface which holds oil and prevents a dry friction, that is very important when an engine starting and maximum load conditions.

The product contains ultrasmall active particles of metal that circulate in the oil, do not interact with it but are used as means for delivery into a friction zone.

Ultrasmall size of the particles is a unique peculiarity of our metal-restorers and makes them different from the competitors products: It gives particles an opportunity to penetrate through different oil filters and enter cylinders not settling in the crankcase. When appearing in the pair of friction these particles become tribo-active.

There are two causes why the particles of the metal-restorers begin accumulating just in the zones of a damaged surface. 1. Physical - maximum wear occurs in the zones of constant friction. Resurs contains superfine powder of metals alloy that begins to interact with a piston surface under the action of pressure so replacing lost particles of metal.

So rather soft alloy builds up a damaged surface. 2. Energy - particles interact with the surface of the parts in the places where there are a lot of lattice defects since small energy disturbances arise just in these zones. At first small islands appear and then a metal film, thickness 1-3 mkm.

Micro-cracks, scratches and scores are filled up with metal at a depth of 9 mkm This product is popular among customers, since it is possible to feel the results of its use without any special technique: Just after 300-500 km oil and fuel consumption decreases, noise becomes not so strong and compression increases.

Unlike polymeric additives metal-restorers form layers of metal which are able to withstand a high temperature, and at the same time they do not change heat conductivity of the piston and cylinder surface that is very important not to allow an engine to overheat.
