Rotary Dryer, also called the drum drying equipment or Rotary Rotary Dryer, is the most common and widespread drying mining equipment. Rotary Dryer Working Principle:
The materials get into the drum from the charger through a gradient pipe. The rotating drum used to dry materials is put sloping0ly. Thus, materials from the high part get in touch with the heat carrier from the lower part. of course, there is a situation materials and heat carrier get in from the same part. along with the rotation of the drum, the materials will move forward to the lower part for the gravity of themselves. it is during the movement the material get the heat from the heat carrier direct or indirect. so, the wet material is dewatered.

Rotary Dryer Characters:
(1) Dryer is controlled by computer automatically. It is available to adjust the drying temperature and the drying time according to particular drying requirement.
(2) The charger with large diameter makes it more convenient to feed materials into or out of the drum. In addition, it makes the slurry plugging impossible and protects the duct clear. It greatly enhances the drying efficiency.
