Rock Cone crusher machinery

Our Cone crusher with high efficiency has get to world advanced level. This series of crushes is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. It is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc.

The type of the crushing cavity is decided by the application of theores. Standard type is PYB (secondary crusher); middle type is for PYZ (tertiary crusher); short-head type is special suit for small particles.

Advantages & Features 1.High productivity, high quality. 2. Less machine stop time, the operation rate without trouble is more than 95%. 3. Unique crushing ability in primary, secondary and tertiary crushing. 4. Easy maintenance and low cost.

Structure & Operation Principle The crusher consists of Frame, Transmission device, Eccentric shaft, Socket liner, Crushing cone, Adjusting sleeve and Spring etc.

During the machine, the motor drives the Eccentric shaft to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of Eccentric shaft, so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will pressed and crooked and crushed.
