Description & Usage of machine: According to the characteristics of bottoming drill, crystal diamond and other crystal products and according to the new requirements of the market to the production process, we has independently searched and developed the updated latest polish-gringing machine. This machine has been adopted exquisite grinding & polishing integrated design, convenient operation mode. Once clamping can complete the overall process of rough grinding & finishing polish, make the production efficiency and finished product rate increased greatly. Grinding & polishing unity and the operating mode of one-person-multi-equipment makes the labor cost and electricity cost greatly reduced.

Features:

1. Double ends and Double-dis (Double-tray) structure, rough grinding & refined polishing, saves the time of clamping once again in the middle of working process, increased the production eficiency.

2. Grinding process adopts stepping numberical control to feed uniformly, advoiding the damage phenomenon of crystal balls resulted by cylinders impacted with feeding. It is benefit for improving yield ( rate of finished products).

3. Convenient and fast operation mode, the grinding & polishing process controlled automactially by computerized program, saving labor. One operator can operate multi-machines synchronously, saving labor cost.

4. With exquisite grinding & polishing integrated design, it occupies smaller room rather than traditional mode of three machines as one group. Grinding & polishing just requires one set of machine, the electricity is only one third of original operating mode.

5. Digital control and adjustment, the adjusting period of the products is short and the adjusting process is convenient and fast. The contour demension of the products can be controlled precisely and handy.
