This nlgi 2 grease is a lithium complex soap thickened grease, compounded with extreme pressure agents to provide excellent load carrying and antiwear properties. High temp red meets both the nlgi gc and lb classifications.
The high dropping point makes this grease suitable of operating temperature from minus 40f to 350f with peak intermittent temperature service to as high as 450f. Because of its versatility, fewer greases are needed. Also, chances of applying the wrong lubricant are minimized. Advantages: High temperature capability - 500 deg f.
