Scope of application: RS10: It applies to aluminate cement mixed high silica fume (>3%) system. It especially applies to preparation of self-flow castable and coating. Very low volume fly can apply to coating and gunning mixes.
Method of application: RS10: Generally its amount is about 0.3-0.5% of mixed castables, meantime it can replace same amount Al2O3 or aluminate cement, directly mixing into castable to add water stirring them. In this product, the type of silica fume, cement and the propertion of cement and silica fume have effect on initial setting time.
