RD-2 Concrete Pumping Agent

The RD-2 Concrete Pumping Agent has good compatibility to cement, including the cement with fluorine gypsum or anhydrite as its setting time control agent. It features high water reduction rate and excellent reinforcement effect. It can obviously improve the pumpability of the concrete, reduce the pump pressure by 20%-30%, enhance the pumping quantity by 20%-30%, reduce the pressure bleeding rate by 20%-30% and the hydration heat by 15%-20%, and improve the concretes workability. The template has excellent enrichment, and is easy for vibration construction, and low slump loss results in convenient long-distance transportation. The single mixing can save 10%-15% cement and the double mixing can save 15%-20% cement. This product is especially suitable for the ordinary pumping and commercial concretes, the concrete with large fluidity, and steam curing concrete and the concrete for slipform construction.

III. Application of the RD-2 Concrete Pumping Agent

1. For preparing massive and pumping concrete.

2. For commercial concrete with less slump loss.

3. To be greatly advantageous when used in the double mixing concrete.

4. Better effect when used in plain concrete.

IV. Application instructions of the RD-2 Concrete Pumping Agent

1. Proper extending quantity is equal to 0.3%-0.5%.

2. It is extended either in the liquid form or together with the aggregate, but the mixing time should be lengthen suitably.

3. The initial curing should be strengthened during the nature curing, and the concrete can be risen in its temperature only after having the essential structural strength so as to ensure the concrete quality during the vapor curing.
When compounded with other admixtures, its extending quantity and adaptability must be determined according to experiments. Raw materials used for preparing the concrete should conform to the standards as specified in JGJ52-92 and JGJ53-92.
