Product Description
Scope of application: It applies to castable which is Ï-Al2O3 or less than 4% Aluminate Cement mixed less than 0.8% silica fume, and the castable can contain magnesian components or a little carbon components; It applies to the high magnesite( or high basicity) castable which is less than 3% silica fume.
It can be used with foaming agent together, such as metallic Al powder etc. It especially applies to confect self-flow castable. Method of application: RC01: Generally its quantities are about 0.3% of mixed castables, RC02: Generally its quantities are about 1% of mixed castables, and directly mixing into castable to add water stirring them.
The mixing time needed is usually above 3 minutes, with the decrease of the content of aluminate cement or the increase of the content of silica fume (maximum
