Pallet racking

(1) Most extensive application, with stable structure, large loading capability, and Convenient sorting; (2) The rack is composed of upright frames and beams; (3) The upright and floor shall adopt the expansion bolt for connection; (4) The bottom layer of the rack shall be set up on the floor, generally each layer Shall be placed with 2-3 pallets; (5) The storage rack can be adapted with some safe or convenient parts flexibly, such as pallet support, pallet stopper, wire decking, anti-collision protector and connecting beam etc.; (6) The layout of the rack is generally divided into standard aisle type, narrow aisle type and double depth location type.

(7) It is one of the most common shelves and widely used all over the world. Selective Racking is the most cost effective storage system with the lowest equipment and capital costs. It provides direct access to all pallets for 100% accessibility and good stock rotation.

Pallets can be located, accessed and moved individually, providing rapid handling of palletized goods. It provides easy beam adjustment and accommodates variable pallet heights. Lower level pallets can be located on the floor for picking purposes. This lowers structure costs. Alternatively additional beams can be added for lower level picking.
