2.Characteristic:

KD-501 is applicable to both domestic wrapping equipmentsand imported wrapping equipments.

KD-501 is so multi-functional that it can apply for MDF and other woodiness materials, films whose surface are wrapped with PVCand so on.

3.Service condition:

The best work environment is above 15℃.

The wood moisture content is 8-12%.

The surface of the base material must be clean and dust-free..

The cementing is 100g-120g/㎡.

The approaching speed is 1-8m/min

The is 80-100℃.

The total curing time is 24 hour.(It depends on environmental temperature)

4.Important suggestions:

The barrel glue should be evenly shaken before use.

The base material and wrapping materials you use should be clean and dust-free.

The gluey trough should be covered in order to keep dust and foreign materials from falling into it.

The thickness of glue-coating should be even and uniform.

Production workshop should keep good ventilation and moderate temperature, avoiding dust.

The wrapping machine installation should be smooth and production site should be ample.

5.Logistics:

In the environment of 5~30℃, unopened products can be stored six months but need freeze prevention.
