PVC resin can be abbreviated to PVC,it is a kind of thermoplastic plastic. It is white powder. SG-5 is used in producing transparent products section bar,hard tube and defoil,hard board and welding rod

Properties:

PVC resin SG-3.5.7.8 is thermoplastic,insoluble in water,gasoline and ethanol,expandable or soluble in ether,ketone,fattys,strong anti-corrosiveness,and good dielectric property

Uses:
It is used widely as important material of reducing process temperature and increasing plasticization speed and improving product property in PVC automobile plastisol (including coating of preventing bottom disc from stone attacking, spot welding gel for body weld seal, filter core glue and buffered glue etc.), back-lined adhesive for PVC square blanket, printing ink, thermo-sensitivity knitting coating, enameled heel, tarp and chemical foaming product industry etc. It may replace some foreign same product such as E5/65C of Germany WAKER company and PA1384 of France ATO company.

Precaution on storage & transportation

1) to be stored in a cool ,dry and well –ventilated warehouse:do not pile up the goods too lot number shouled be stored separately in order to avoid confusion

2) do not transport the goods on rains days,unless well protected with water-proof cover

3) the truck used for conveying resins must always be kept dry and clean,do not use any truch which has not been cleaned up after loading of coal or minerals.
