2.Characteristic:

3.Service condition:

The best work environment is above 15℃.

The wood moisture content is 8-12%.

The surface of the plank must be clean and dust-free..

The cementing is 100g-120g/㎡.

The approaching speed is 4-12m/min

The is 50-70℃.

The total curing time is 24 hour.(It depends on environmental temperature)

4.Important suggestions:

The plank and wrapping materials you use should be clean and dust-free.

The gluey trough should be covered in order to keep dust and foreign materials from falling into it.

The thickness of glue-coating should be even and uniform.

Production workshop should keep good ventilation and moderate temperature, avoiding dust.

The wrapping machine installation should be smooth and production site should be ample.

5.Logistics:

During the transportational process, KD-502 should be avoided Collisions. In the environment of 5~30℃, unopened products can be stored twelve months.
