Based on Jingshengda`s excellent screw-making technology ,in 1999 Jingshengda succeeded in developing its own high speed inner silicon layer composite pipes extrusion line. Because of its new design ,high automation ,continuous stable extrusion and other characters.

PE-RT/PP-R/PEX Pipe Extrusion Line

This line can also be used for extrusion of PP-RT/PP-R/PEX pipes .PP-R pipe is non-toxic ,heat-resistant. It has well hot-melting and recycleable characters. PEX pipes have excellent temperature resistance character. PE-RT pipe does not need the cross-link process.
