Material Characteristic

Application
Applicable to the front liner and counter of the medium and top grade sports shoes, work shoes and special style shoes.
Processing
The counter can be pre-moulded with manual or automatic equipment before fit between upper and lining.
1. Fit the counter between the upper and lining. Mould by garbasperoni better if equipped with hot/cold position.
2. Advisable standard working conditions
A. Last temperature from 100c to 150c
B. The contact time is from 10s to 20s
C. Stabilize in cold position.

Product Specifications
The thickness is from 0.65-2.0mm, and the products are packed in slice.
