PE-RT Floor Heating Tube

PE-RT Floor Heating Tube

This Floor Heating raw material is a kind of mechanical properties of medium density polyethylene, is a stable by ethylene and propylene monomer essien by metallocene catalytic copolymerization becomes.

Its peculiar ethylene propylene main chain and spice up the chain structure, make short while vinyl superior toughness, with resistance to stress cracking performance and the resistance of low-temperature impact, outstanding performance and essien long-term water pressure resistance of heat-resistant creep properties of propylene.

Advantage of PE-RT Floor Heating Tube 1. softness: PE-RT relatively soft. When construction don't need special tools, so processing relatively low cost. 2. and thermal conductivity: used for floor heating pipes need good thermal conductivity. PE - good thermal conductivity of RT, its coefficient of thermal conductivity for pp-r, PP - B tube twice.

Very suitable for use of floor heating. 3. low temperature heat-resistant impact: PE-RT low temperature resistance RT impact on performance is better. When winter construction pipes are less susceptible to shock and rupture, increases the flexibility of the construction arrangements.

4. environmental: PE-RT and PP-R recyclable and will not pollute the environment. But PEX cannot recovery will produce secondary pollution; 5. processing performance stability: PEX exist control crosslinking degree and crosslinking uniformity problem, processing complex and processing directly affects the tube performance.

And PE - RT, and pp-r processing is simple, the tube performance by raw material to decide, basically stable performance comparison.

PE-RT Floor Heating Tube has good quality, reasonable price, with sophisticated technology.
