PE Carbon Spiral Pipe Extrusion Line

#9679; Standard designed pipe die head ● The helix apportionment style diffluence body and big flow space assure themelting material having enough staying time ● Optimal design of low melting temperature caused in little internal pipe stress, smoothing inner and outer pipe surface ● Excellent flexibility is suitable for different kinds of polyethylene co-extrusion and can extrude two or three layers pipes for different diameters and applications ● Optimum spiral copper calibrator is equipped with pre-cooling entrance and powerful vacuum device for high speed extrusion. ● Special designed spraying nozzle with cooling water with efficiency water coolingtrough is ● Longitudinal moved motor, three-dimension adjustable ● Stainless steel tank boty ●High efficient cooling comes from particular spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump ●Single screw extruder is especially used for polyethylene material which possesseseffective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed ● The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure and reasonablechannel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside surface ● Unique sizing and cooling modes are capable of producing pipe scope from50mm to 200mm, with production speed of up to 0.6 - 1.5m/min
