Oxygen Filling Setting

General information of product: 1. Beerwort oxygen filling is the only important loop which needs oxygen in beer production technologies, and the oxygen filling volume will directly affect the ferment. This setting can make asepsis air (oxygen) dissolve evenly in beerwort, reaching the needed content for yeast's breeding, that is 8-12mg/L.

According to clients' requirements, the oxygen content in beerwort can be adjusted to make yeast quality and beer quality. 2. Made of imported SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel. Asepsis air filter(precision is 0.01 micron)and air intake membrane pressure gauge. Adjustable valve is for air intake flow adjustment. Flow meter is for air intake flow adjustment. Check valve for preventing air back flow. Trans-exchange elbow is for oxygen filling conversion and rinse sterilization.
