Natamycin can be called pimaricin; 2. antibiotic agent, which derived from streptomyces chattanovgensis or streptomyces natalensis or streptomyces gilvosporeus; 3.inhibit the growth of yeast and mold, and prevent the formation of aflatoxin effectively; 4. Compared with other antibacterial ingredients, natamycin has very low toxicity to the cell of mammals.
