Mud Pump Cylinder Liner

Like cylinder liner gland and cylinder head flange, mud pump cylinder liner is also one of the most quick-wear parts. YANKEE provides our customers with both Bi-metal cylinder liner and zirconia ceramics cylinder liner.

Bi-metal cylinder liner consists of outer sleeve and inner cylinder. Materials used to produce these two parts are different - superior quality carbon steel for outer sleeve while high chromium wear-resistant alloy iron for inner cylinder. Heat treatment brings great improvement of the hardness of inner cylinder which is above HRC62.

High degree of finish can be realized via precision grinding. Dimensions conforms to API standard.
