Microwave curing oven (for rubber )

The function of this equipment is to utilize microwave for penetrated rapid heating of insulating rubber strips, able to reach the goal for primary vulcanization and formation. As both inside and outside of materials can reach the same temperature, it can achieve a comparatively ideal sulfurating and forming effect.

5.Uniform internal heating, and simultaneous internal and external heating.

6.High heating efficiency. As the materia being heated is able to heat up on itself, the heating is free from heat exchanging process, and therefore, there is no haet loss in the surrounding air and heating cabinet.
